Sanken has introduced the COS-11D, a new version of the popular COS-11, cos-11S and COS-11X lavalier. The COS-11D maintains the qualities of its predecessors and fully withstands RF interference from digital broadcasts.
Today, microphones for wireless transmission systems will not be affected by new forms of digital broadcast signals. Although the benefits of these new systems are obvious, they present new challenges in the field of emission protection. In many cases, noise levels increase and the signal-to-noise ratio is impaired by interference from digital wireless transmitters. Sanken has designed the new COS-11D specifically to decrease the cases where the aforementioned interferences are a problem.
The new COS-11D joins the COS-11 tradition of being an ideal solution for live broadcasts and recordings at different locations and in the studio. To provide an even wider range of applications, the COS-11D series is available in four (4) colors: black, gray, beige, and white.
