S-8770 is the replacement battery for SONY NP-F770, compatible with SONY HVR-V1/Z1/Z7, DSR-PD190, HD1000E, etc. The S-8770 battery can exchange digital information with cameras and display remaining power information in the camera viewfinder.

With nominal voltage of 7.2V, S-8770 battery has capacity of 31Wh/4.4Ah, it can work about 3.5 hours on SONY HVR-Z1 camcorder when LCD monitor is on.

Ease of loading

S-8770 battery can use SWIT S-3602F double charger or SONY original charger. It takes about 2 hours and 50 minutes to complete a charge.
